You never realize how truly pale you are until you put on a dress in the winter and then you desperately wish for some instant self tanner! Most days I don’t mind it, especially in the winter. But then there are days like this where I realize how ghostly I look.

I guess it’s time to bust out the gradual tanning lotions early.

I’ve had this sweatshirt since September, I don’t know how this is the first time I’m styling it on here. That’s a total my bad since it’s not available anymore, because this is the softest most coziest sweatshirt ever.

When I was layering it over this dress, I was just trying to find a new way to wear it that wasn’t with jeans or leggings and could be more of a transition between winter and spring. You know those in between days where you’re just not sure if you should dress for winter or spring because it isn’t really cold but it’s not that warm either?

I purchased this dress last spring (styled it here) the exact color isn’t at Old Navy currently, but this exact style is back in stock and I linked it below. I will point out, I purchased mine online in petite because I’m 5′ 2″ and have short legs and the regular size in store is just a little too long on me.

I’m starting to look forward to dressing for Spring, so hopefully within the next two weeks I’ll be sharing some more colorful and spring-y looks! 😉
